Stargazy Pie

A celebration of the Cornish speciality, Stargazy Pie, made with baked pilchards (or sardines), along with eggs and potatoes, covered with a pastry crust - here served, appropriately, in some blue and white cornishware. And the stars at which the pilchards gaze? It has to be the constellation Pisces!

This three-colour mini print measures 20 x 20 cm (printed area approx. 16 cm square) and is printed on 300 gsm Somerset paper in a limited edition of 50. Signed and numbered by the artist.
